The Health & Safety Executive clearly state:

"Professional / Industrial users"

Professional / industrial users are those people using biocides in the course of their job or business, who have received appropriate information, instruction and training in their use.

The type of training required should cover issues such as the law, correct use of biocides and how to carry out a risk assessment under the Control of Substance Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH). Those using biocides have a duty to properly assess each planned usage, considering the options for treatment and the potential risks involved. The product should then be able to be used in a way which reduces any risks from its use.

About Us

Understanding the importance of industry recognised training and qualifications is paramount in our industry. Surprisingly, up until recently, there has been no governing body to implement this crucial training in regards to the application of chemicals. Chemicals play an important role in the cleaning process and understanding the correct and safe process is paramount.

Choosing the correct external cleaning contractor can be difficult, but choosing one that is insured and qualified means you have peace of mind they have shown due diligence and clearly implemented the correct procedures to ensure you are in safe hands. As the home owner or business proprietor it is your responsibility also to choose a contractor that will work within safe parameters, this can immediately be measured by what efforts that contractor has put in place to work within health and safety guidelines. We not only are fully insured and fully city and guilds accredited, but also have ipaf qualifications for high level access, asbestos awareness training, asbestos sampling qualified, working at height qualified and pasma trained.
